Responsible for achieving the dates in the Project Schedule and aggressively seeking strategies to improve them while complying with Aurora’s Safety and Quality Control standards. The Senior Superintendent is responsible for management of the Superintendents and collaboration with the Project Team.
Responsible for generating estimates for fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trades. Manages budget control, bid coverage, and procurement in both pre-construction and construction phases. Coordinates with Lead Estimator and understands MEP trades' relationship with other project disciplines. Requires comprehensive understanding of labor, material, equipment costs, and productivity in estimating processes.
Responsible for managing the Assistant MEP Project Manager. The MEP Project Manager will operate in a consulting capacity to the Project Teams for MEP Subcontractor Management. The MEP Project Manager is responsible for assisting with identifying risks and opportunities, while collaborating with the project team. The project team is responsible for the daily management of the MEP subcontractors and required follow-up of action items.
Responsible for managing the finance and accounting department. The Controller will provide information, primarily financial in nature, about all company activities that will assist management in making educated economic decisions.
