Harbor Village at Mount Sinai
Aurora Contractors, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the Construction Manager for the highly anticipated Harbor Village at Mount Sinai Retirement Community, a new “lifecare” facility set to begin construction in 2009.
The project owner, New Life Management & Development, operates many successful projects, including Jefferson’s Ferry, one of the most desirable lifecare facilities in the New York area.
Harbor Village, a 337,000 square foot, 186 unit development, will be constructed under the supervision of Aurora Contractors, Inc. The community, set on 25 acres and located at the junction of Route 25A and Echo Avenue in Mount Sinai, boasts a wide variety of services that will be available to its future residents. The amenities include a salon and day spa, library, onsite restaurants, pool, pond, meeting room, café and an activity-filled village center and performance center.
